A San Diego resident since 2003, Erynne has developed a strong client base of individuals seeking out quality deep tissue and sports massage. Erynne has since developed special training in lymphatic drainage massage (also excellent for post-operative swelling control) and prenatal massage to broaden her spectrum. She continues to teach classes in Sport Massage, Anatomy, and Physiology at massage schools throughout San Diego and has been voted Competitor Magazine's "Best Of” in the sport massage category every year since 2006.

Katherine Wolff, CMT
Kathy has over 15 years of experience in massage therapy, receiving certifications and training in a broad spectrum of modalities including craniosacral therapy, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports massage, oncology massage, cupping, and prenatal massage. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher and our expert sound bath meditation facilitator.

Brie Nielsen, CMT
Brie is a Certified Massage Therapist who studied at the Cortiva Institute in Baltimore. With 17 years of massage and bodywork experience, Brie's specialties include sports recovery, deep tissue, acupressure, and more! She has worked with many professional athletes, including the Chargers, Padres, and Washington Commanders.
