Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my insurance for massage?
Unfortunately, we do not bill massage services under insurance. All massage therapy and wellness services are considered "cash pay" and do not use insurance billing codes.
Do I need an appointment for massage or do you offer walk-in appointments?
Our massage therapists tend to get busy, so we highly recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time. We accept walk-in appointments based on therapist availability.
Do I need a prescription for massage?
No. Since our massage services are private-pay only, we do not require a prescription.
What type of training do your massage therapists have?
All of our massage therapists are licensed by the state of California. The scope of their individual training and education varies, however, and can be found within each of their biographies on our Team page.
How do I add the upgrades to my appointment when scheduling online?
At this time, upgrades cannot be booked online and must be added at the time of service. You may go ahead and schedule your appointment, then simply let your therapist or the front desk know when you check in for your visit.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that all appointments be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance of the booked appointment. This advance notice allows someone else (who needs it) time to reserve the time in place of you. Please be courteous and responsible.
We cannot at this time accept appointment cancellations via email; please call the clinic to cancel your appointment.
Clients who cancel reservations within 12 hours of their scheduled appointment will be assessed a late-cancel fee of:
-
$25 for 30min appointments
-
$50 for 60min appointments
-
$75 for 90min appointments
-
$100 for 120min appointments
No-shows will be considered a late cancellation and will be assessed the same fee.
Late Arrivals:
We recommend clients arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their appointment time to ensure there is adequate time for paperwork and/or consultation before each session. Late arrival to any appointment means less time for you for that appointment. The massage session will still end at the originally scheduled time and the full service fee or the originally booked appointment will be charged.
